Policies & Procedures

Once a session is completed, the service fee is non-refundable, as it covers the time and skills invested by BMKPHOTOS up to and through that point.
Once you book your session, a $50 sitting fee will be required. The session will not be booked until the fee is paid. The $50 is subtracted from the ending service fee.
Require full payments after the session has been completed (via cash, check, or Venmo). The online gallery and any social media sneak peeks will not be posted until all payments are made.
The online gallery will remain open for 3 months and then it will be removed. Before the gallery is removed I will notify you and allow a few days to get everything downloaded.

BMKPHOTOS reserves the right to reschedule any session due to the photographer's illness, personal emergencies, or inclement weather. If a session cannot be rescheduled due to the photographer's cancellation, you will be refunded any payment fees.
Clients reserve the right to reschedule any session with one-week prior notice to the photographer with no additional fees.
If you prefer to cancel a session instead of rescheduling at least one week prior, you will need to cancel with a three-week prior notice for a refund on your sitting fee.
Rescheduling or canceling within 72 hours, may incur additional fees and you will not receive a refund of your sitting fee.
